Q. Can I retrieve my user documentation online?

Tandemloc product sales drawings may be found online; however, copies of Tandemloc certificates (Proof Test, Certificate of Conformance, Etc.) must be requested either by phone or email.

Q. Can I have custom products made?

Yes. Tandemloc can custom manufacture lifting, securing, or container mobilizing products. Lifting products are designed and built to current ASME B30.20 Below-the-Hook Lifting Standards. Container related products are designed and built to be compatible with ISO standards such as ISO 1496, ISO 1161, ISO 668 and ISO 3874.

Q. What about ASME standards?

Unlike some of our competitors, all of Tandemloc’s products meet or exceed all current ASME Below-the-Hook Lifting standards.

Q. Do you recondition / refurbish products?

Yes. Please see our Service-Recertify-Refurbish webpage for more information.

Q. Is Tandemloc ISO?

Yes. Tandemloc is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Yes. And many other custom lifting, securing and mobilizing products, too. But yes; we design and manufacture our products ourselves. When you deal with Tandemloc, you are dealing directly with the manufacturer. Our name is on the products we make. That's why quality and customer satisfaction are so important to us.

Q. What is the Rapid-Ready program?

Q. What kind of warranty comes with Tandemloc products?

Q. What type of finish is on your products?

If a product has a paint finish it will be of a marine-environment quality two-component epoxy primer and two-component polyurethane top coat.

Specifically:

Primer: PPG- Two-component phenalkamine epoxy: Amercoat 235 (AT235-3501) with Amercoat 235 Cure (AT235-B04) {Off White}
Top Coat: PPG- Two-component aliphatic polyurethane topcoat: Amercoat 450H (AT45HT3-01) with Amercoat 450 cure (AT45H-B04) {Safety Yellow,etc…}

Many of our products are zinc thermal sprayed or hot dipped galvanized. Please feel free to contact our sales department to determine the exact finish of the product that you are interested in.

Q. How soon can I get a custom lifter?

If you're in a hurry for a lifter and need it custom fit to the job, the first thing you should do is check out the information about Tandemloc's Rapid-Ready program. The next thing you should do is get in contact with Tandemloc. By dealing directly with the manufacturer, you might be surprised how quickly we can turn custom product around for you.

Q. Can you proof-test products and supply certificates?

Tandemloc individually proof tests all of its lifting products to current ASME B30.20 standards in our Patented Proof Test Stand. Proof Test Certificates ship with the product.
