Despite being developed for military use, the S33 tie-down series has been extensively used by commercial industries as well.

The S33000A-100 is a fully assembled, self-colored tie-down. This flush mounted swivel tie-down has a load capacity of 10,000 pounds. Once the tie-down is welded onto a truck bed, it is flush and out of the way when not in use.

When in use, the ring is an anchoring point for lashing equipment like hooks and shackles. Flat straps can be used for lashing when they are passed through the straight bar portion of the ring. The tie-down can rotate 360 degrees about the vertical plane and 150 degrees horizontally.

The S33000H-100 flush-mounted swivel tie-down is the larger version of the S33000A-100 and has a 50,000-pound capacity. This tie-down also allows for use of the truck bed without being in the way.
