Tandemloc has the 416000CLS-TZW rotary lift lug for lifting containers from the bottom corner fittings when the container is loaded.

The rotary lift lugs each have a 36,000-pound working load limit and are proof tested to 200% of that limit. The rotary lift lugs are coated with zinc thermal spray for corrosion resistance.

They also include a safety lock to help secure the lift lug in the corner fitting. When using the 416000CLS-TZW rotary lift lug, they need to be inserted into the ISO 1161 corner fittings.

The toe is inserted into the corner fitting and turned 90 degrees. The lug body can then be rotated around the toe. Unlike competitors' models, Tandemloc's rotary lift lugs are universal, so there is no need for users to be concerned about right- and left-handed positioning.

Since the sling legs are connected directly to the body of the rotary lift lug, shackles are not required. The rotating function of the rotary lift lugs allows for any number of angles when lifting the container.
